3D visualization & operational digital twin

Here, “digital twin” means a live operational mirror: geometry and tags stay aligned so status, alarms and KPIs appear in plant context. That is a different emphasis from offline process simulation or finite-element models—those can complement PlantVision 3D but are not required for day-to-day monitoring.

PlantVision 3D delivers an accurate 3D model of your facility that reflects layout, equipment, and process flow. Live data from SCADA, PLCs, and other systems is overlaid on this model, giving you a single, up-to-date view of your plant at any moment.
