Bring Your Facility to the Digital Environment

PlantVision 3D (our 3D factory management suite) connects your whole plant—not only a single line or process—into one live, data-driven environment.

What is the digital environment?

PlantVision 3D creates a digital representation of your entire facility. By bringing your facility into the digital environment, you gain real-time visibility, control, and insights across production lines, equipment, and processes—all in one unified platform.

Plant-wide scope. The product is designed as a general factory application: logistics, utilities, bulk handling and specialty units can sit in the same model. Iron-steel and cement examples elsewhere on this site illustrate typical use cases—they are not a limit on where you deploy the software.

Whether you operate in iron-steel, cement, or other heavy industries, the digital environment enables you to monitor, analyze, and optimize operations without being limited by physical boundaries.

Who is it for?

Operations, engineering, maintenance and plant management teams who need a shared, live picture of the facility—not a siloed 3D viewer or a SCADA screen per area.

What do you get? A short list of practical outcomes:

  • Real-time 3D visualization — See your plant as it runs, with live data overlaid on an accurate 3D model.
  • Single source of truth — All process data, alarms, and KPIs in one place for faster decisions.
  • Integration with existing systems — Works with SCADA, PLC, MES, and ERP for a connected ecosystem.
  • Remote monitoring and management — Support operations from anywhere with secure access.
  • Foundation for optimization — Use the digital twin for simulation, training, and predictive maintenance.

How does it work? (at a glance)

Field systems feed a secure integration layer; PlantVision 3D binds tags and events to geometry so teams see the plant as it runs.

We map your facility layout and equipment into a detailed 3D model, then connect data from automation and information systems so assets and processes update in real time. In industry language this is often called a digital twin; here it is focused on operational visualization and context (what is happening, where, and with which KPIs). Deeper process simulation or offline optimization may pair with other tools—for example our OptiCore line—when you need a separate modeling layer.
